Ohio High School Volleyball - Brooklyn overwhelmed by Laurel

Laurel Gators (Shaker Heights, OH) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Brooklyn Hurricanes (Brooklyn, OH), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Laurel upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Gators host Geneva (Geneva, OH) to face the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, August 28. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-5. Geneva lost 3-2 in their recent non-league game against West Geauga (Chesterland, OH)

The Hurricanes (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Fairview (Fairview Park, OH). The Warriors go into the Chagrin Valley - Metro game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Fairview gained a win over Open Door Christian (Elyria, OH), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
