The Mustangs now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Caldwell County for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Muhlenberg County will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 5-2.

The Bears (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Trinity (Whitesville, KY). The Raiders enter the District 12 match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Trinity was outscored by Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY), 3-1, in a league match.
