The Claymont Mustangs were victorious over the host Edison Wildcats volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Hiland for a Inter Valley South outing on Thursday, August 28. Claymont will play a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH). The Hawks record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Edison drops to 0-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Steubenville (Steubenville, OH) to confront the Big Red in a non-league match on Thursday, August 28. The Big Red enter the match with a record of 1-4. Steubenville won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH)
