Ohio High School Volleyball - Lordstown over Valley Christian

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH) and the visiting Valley Christian Eagles (Youngstown, OH), observed Lordstown's volleyball team top Valley Christian by a count of 3-0.

The Red Devils (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Badger (Kinsman, OH). The Braves enter the Northeastern contest with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Badger dropped by Memorial (Campbell, OH), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbiana for a Eastern Ohio Athletic battle on Tuesday, August 26. Valley Christian will encounter a Clippers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Clippers record now stands at 4-0.
