North Carolina High School Volleyball - Walkertown over Millennium

August 25, 2025: Walkertown, NC 27051

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Walkertown Wolfpack volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Millennium Lions.

The Wolfpack (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Cougars come into the Mid-State 3A/4A/5A challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Rockingham County beat Williams (Burlington, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Phoenix Academy Firebirds (High Point, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Millennium will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Firebirds go into the test with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC).
