Indiana High School Volleyball - Harrison can't hold off South Newton

In Thursday's non-league battle, the host South Newton Rebels volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Harrison Raiders.

The Rebels (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN). The Bombers come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Rensselaer Central was edged by Kouts (Kouts, IN), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Raiders encounter the Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 28. Harrison will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Rochester (Rochester, IN).
