Georgia High School Football - Allatoona topped by Kell

The Allatoona Buccaneers football team (Acworth, GA), was beaten 21-9 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Kell Longhorns (Marietta, GA)

The Longhorns (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pope (Marietta, GA). The Greyhounds come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Pope was beaten by River Ridge (Woodstock, GA), 43-14, in a non-league challenge.

The Buccaneers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cartersville for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 2. Allatoona will meet a Hurricanes team coming off a 38-16 non-league win over Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-0.
