Texas High School Football - Ball trounces La Marque

August 26, 2022: Galveston, TX 77550

In Friday's non-league match, the host Ball Tornadoes football squad scored a big 49-7 victory over the La Marque Cougars.

In their next game, the Tornadoes clash with the Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Ball will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Stingarees enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 27-13 non-league win over Friendswood (Friendswood, TX).

The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Wheatley (Houston, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Wheatley routed Austin (Houston, TX), 77-0, in a non-league match.
