Bayside Academy Admirals (Daphne, AL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Pike Liberal Arts Patriots (Troy, AL), 33-15 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Bayside Academy improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Admirals host St. Michael Catholic (Fairhope, AL) to battle the Cardinals in a 4A Region 1 test on Friday, September 2. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 1-1. With the loss, Pike Liberal Arts drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Chipley (Chipley, FL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 2. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Chipley won 41-0 in their recent non-league test against Rutherford (Panama City, FL)
