In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Bluffton Tigers football squad scored a good 42-14 victory over the Manchester Squires.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the South Adams Starfires (Berne, IN) in a Allen County match, on Friday, September 2. Bluffton will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Starfires enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 41-7 non-league win over Bellmont (Decatur, IN).

The Squires (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Wabash (Wabash, IN). The Apaches enter the Three Rivers match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Wabash was toppled by Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN), 35-6, in a non-league match.
