Ohio High School Football - Copley defeats Firestone

In Friday's non-league match, the host Copley Indians football squad scored a good 49-25 victory over the Firestone Falcons.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Buckeye Bucks (Medina, OH) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Copley will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bucks enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 48-21 non-league win over Steele (Amherst, OH).

The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Norton (Norton, OH). The Panthers enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Norton ran past Garfield Community Learning Center (Akron, OH), 35-0, in a non-league match.
