Florida High School Football - West Broward gets by Cypress Bay

The West Broward Bobcats football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Cypress Bay Lightning to 24 in the Bobcats non-league win on Friday.

The Bobcats now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to McCallie for a non-league battle on Friday, September 9.

Coming up next, the Lightning play the Flanagan Falcons (Pembroke Pines, FL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 9. Cypress Bay will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.

Congratulations to #15 Jonathan Morillo (overall), #89 Ryan Rengifo (offensive), #2 Nicholas Vazquez (defensive) and Kelvin Reyes (special teams) for being selected the West Broward Football Players of the Game.
