Colorado High School Football - Eads topped by Genoa-Hugo

The Eads Eagles football team (Eads, CO), was beaten 70-50 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Genoa-Hugo Pirates (Hugo, CO)

The Pirates (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Kit Carson (Kit Carson, CO). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Kit Carson was beaten by Otis (Otis, CO), 53-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sierra Grande for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 2. Eads will meet a Panthers team coming off a 78-6 non-league win over Manzanola (Manzanola, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
