The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) and the visiting Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), observed East Lincoln's football squad bounce Forestview by a count of 53-0.

The Mustangs now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lincolnton for a non-league contest on Friday, September 2. East Lincoln will play a Wolves squad coming off a 20-17 non-league win over North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Jaguars play the Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Forestview will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 33-20 non-league win over East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC).
