The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Crusaders (Indianapolis, IN) and the visiting Speedway Sparkplugs (Speedway, IN), observed Indianapolis Scecina Memorial's football squad defeat Speedway by a count of 28-7.

The Crusaders now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cascade for a Indiana Crossroads contest on Friday, September 2. Indianapolis Scecina Memorial will encounter a Cadets squad coming off a 28-13 league win over Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN). The Cadets record now stands at 1-1.
