The Inola Longhorns football team (Inola, OK), was ripped 55-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK)

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Checotah (Checotah, OK). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Checotah trounced East Central (Tulsa, OK), 42-9, in a non-league challenge.

The Longhorns now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Gravette for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 2. Inola will meet a Lions team coming off a 27-20 non-league loss to Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.
