With the triumph, Marion Local improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Flyers host Minster (Minster, OH) to battle the Wildcats in a Midwest test on Friday, September 2. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-1. Minster won 27-13 in their recent non-league test against Graham Local (St. Paris, OH)

With the loss, McComb drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Vanlue (Vanlue, OH) to battle the Wildcats in a Blanchard Valley test on Friday, September 2. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-2. Vanlue lost 38-36 in their recent non-league test against Ridgedale (Morral, OH)
