California High School Football - Sheldon trounces Nevada Union

August 26, 2022: Sacramento, CA 95829

In Friday's non-league match, the host Sheldon Huskies football squad scored a big 56-6 victory over the Nevada Union Miners.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Christian Brothers Falcons (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Sheldon will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 33-7 non-league win over Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA).

The Miners (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Woodcreek (Roseville, CA). The Timberwolves enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Woodcreek was crushed by Whitney (Rocklin, CA), 21-9, in a non-league match.
