North Carolina High School Football - Rocky River felled by Olympic

August 26, 2022: Mint Hill, NC 28227

In Friday's non-league game, the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) football team were victorious over the host Rocky River Ravens (Mint Hill, NC), by a score of 29-12.

The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Titans come into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Hopewell knocked off East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 34-0, in a non-league game.

The Ravens now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to A.L. Brown for a non-league game on Friday, September 2. Rocky River will meet a Wonders team coming off a 35-31 non-league win over Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Wonders record now stands at 2-0.
