California High School Football - Portola victorious over Pershing County

August 26, 2022: Portola, CA 96122

The Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) football overcame the visiting Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV), 34-20 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Maxwell Panthers (Maxwell, CA) in a Cascade Valley bout, on Friday, September 9. Portola will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Dust Devils enter the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Dayton was toppled by Hug (Reno, NV), 63-0, in a non-league bout.
