Texas High School Football - Reagan County drops to Wink

August 26, 2022: Big Lake, TX 76932

In Friday's non-league game, the Wink Wildcats (Wink, TX) football team knocked off the host Reagan County Owls (Big Lake, TX), by a score of 38-7.

The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Ozona (Ozona, TX). The Lions come into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Ozona was dropped by San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX), 42-36, in a non-league game.

The Owls now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to McCamey for a non-league game on Friday, September 2. Reagan County will battle a Badgers team coming off a 28-21 non-league win over Crane (Crane, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 1-0.
