Louisiana High School Football - Wilkinson County Christian Academy drops to Tensas Academy

In Friday's league game, the Tensas Academy Chiefs (St. Joseph, LA) football team knocked off the visiting Wilkinson County Christian Academy Rams (Woodville, MS), by a score of 40-12.

The Chiefs (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Franklin Academy (Winnsboro, LA). The Cougars come into the MAIS 8-Man 1A District 3 (8 Man) game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Franklin Academy was dropped by Tallulah Academy (Tallulah, LA), 52-22, in a non-league game.

The Rams now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ben's Ford Christian for a non-league game on Friday, September 2. Wilkinson County Christian Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 26-8 league win over Prentiss Christian (Prentiss, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
