The Sheridan Hills Christian Sharks held off the visiting Glades Day Gators volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Sharks now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westwood Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 30. Sheridan Hills Christian will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Marathon (Marathon, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.

The Gators (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Clewiston (Clewiston, FL). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Clewiston was nudged by Avon Park (Avon Park, FL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
