The Poly Parrots topped the host San Fernando Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Parrots now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Balboa College Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Poly will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, San Fernando drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a match on Monday, August 29. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 1-1. Kennedy won 2-0 in their recent league match against Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA)
