With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Defenders travel to Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA) to play the Warriors in a bout on Monday, August 29. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Heritage Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cabrillo for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1.
