Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Ravens face the Greene Central Rams (Snow Hill, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 27. Ravenscroft will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Butler (Matthews, NC).

The Tigers now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Friendship Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 30. Trinity Academy will face a team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Southside Christian (Clayton, NC). The record now stands at 3-2.
