Colorado High School Softball - Mead bounces Arapahoe

August 26, 2022: Longmont, CO 80504

Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO), 15-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Mavericks now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fossil Ridge for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 26. Mead will battle a Sabercats squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Legend (Parker, CO). The Sabercats record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Arapahoe falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to battle the Thunder in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 26. The Thunder enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Discovery Canyon lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Ponderosa (Parker, CO)
