Colorado High School Softball - Evergreen knocked off by Palmer Ridge

August 26, 2022: Monument, CO 80132

In Friday's non-league contest, the Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Evergreen Cougars (Evergreen, CO), by a margin of 10-2.

With the triumph, Palmer Ridge moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Bears travel to Horizon (Thornton, CO) to play the Hawks in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 27. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 3-1. Horizon won 14-4 in their recent non-league contest against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO)

In their next game, the Cougars play the Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 26. Evergreen will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 13-9 non-league loss to Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO).
