Texas High School Volleyball - Cuero over Bloomington

Cuero Gobblers (Cuero, TX) backers left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats (Bloomington, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Gobblers battle the Rockport-Fulton Pirates (Rockport, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 26. Cuero will attempt to better on its 11-6 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX).

With the loss, Bloomington drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Bobcats/lady cats travel to Flatonia (Flatonia, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, August 27. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 7-10. Flatonia won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Luling (Luling, TX)
