Texas High School Volleyball - Smithson Valley tips Brennan

Smithson Valley Rangers (Spring Branch, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Rangers clash with the Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 27. Smithson Valley will attempt to advance on its 18-5 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 19-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over MacArthur (San Antonio, TX).

With the loss, Brennan drops to 14-10 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Clemens (Schertz, TX) to clash with the Buffaloes in a non-league match on Friday, August 26. The Buffaloes come into the match with a record of 10-9. Clemens lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX)
