The Carson Senators topped the visiting Virgin Valley Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Senators now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlin for a non-league test on Friday, August 26. Carson will confront a Railroaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Round Mountain (Round Mountain, NV). The Railroaders record now stands at 0-1.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their test against North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA). The Lakers enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, North Tahoe was knocked off by Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
