The Connally Cadets volleyball team (Waco, TX), went down 3-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Hillsboro Eagles (Hillsboro, TX)

The Eagles (2-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenville (Greenville, TX). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Greenville went down by Wylie East (Wylie, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cadets encounter the D'Hanis Cowboys (D'Hanis, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 26. Connally will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX).
