The Lake Belton Broncos volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Elgin Wildcats to 0 in the Broncos non-league victory on Friday.
The Broncos now have a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robinson for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. Lake Belton will meet a Rockets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Athens (Athens, TX). The Rockets record now stands at 10-9.
The Wildcats (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Bryan (Bryan, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 7-19 record. In their last game, Bryan gained a win over Columbia (West Columbia, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
