Texas High School Volleyball - Garland over Princeton

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Garland Owls (Garland, TX) and the host Princeton Panthers (Princeton, TX), saw Garland's volleyball squad beat Princeton by a tally of 2-0.

The Owls now have a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poteet for a non-league match on Saturday, August 27. Garland will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ennis (Ennis, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Princeton drops to 10-11 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Rains (Emory, TX) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, August 27. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 10-4. Rains won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Cleburne (Cleburne, TX)
