In Friday's non-league contest, the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) volleyball squad were winner over the host Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Buckaroos face the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 26. Lowry will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).
