The New Manna Christian Wind volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Tabernacle Christian Ram to 0 in the Wind non-league victory on Friday.
The Wind now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 30. New Manna Christian will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Greater Vision Academy (Gibsonville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
The Ram (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Fayetteville Street Christian (Asheboro, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Fayetteville Street Christian was dropped by Fellowship Baptist Academy (Durham, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
