In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting South Hills Scorpions volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Non Varsity Tournament Opponent .
The Scorpions (13-12) will now prepare for their battle against New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, New Caney was edged by Rudder (Bryan, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
