The Northern Valley Huskies volleyball team (Almena, KS), was nudged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting St. Francis Indians (St. Francis, KS)

The Indians (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Goodland (Goodland, KS). The Cowboys enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Huskies meet the Cheylin Cougars (Bird City, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 30. Northern Valley will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
