Mississippi High School Volleyball - Northpoint Christian over St. Benedict at Auburndale

The Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS) volleyball overcame the visiting St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles (Cordova, TN), 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Northpoint Christian upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Trojans travel to Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN) to face the Saints in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 27. The Saints go into the outing with a record of 13-1. Briarcrest Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against White Station (Memphis, TN)

The Eagles now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Millington Central for a non-league outing on Friday, August 26. St. Benedict at Auburndale will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Fayette Ware (Somerville, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.
