The Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles topped the host Victory Christian Academy Patriots volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haywood Christian Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic test on Monday, August 29. Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy will confront a Red Wolves team coming off a 3-0 league win over The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC). The Red Wolves record now stands at 2-2.

The Patriots (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC). The Crusaders enter the Western Piedmont Athletic test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy was knocked off by Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
