The United South Panthers topped the visiting Winn Mavericks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rowe for a non-league test on Friday, August 26. United South will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 league loss to McAllen (McAllen, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 6-6.

The Mavericks (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Crystal City (Crystal City, TX). The Javelinas enter the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Crystal City was knocked off by Devine (Devine, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
