South Dakota High School Football - West Central smashes Custer

August 26, 2023: Custer, SD 57730

The West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) football routed the host Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD), 50-13 in Saturday's league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers (Sioux Falls, SD) in a Dakota 12 bout, on Friday, September 1. West Central will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Chargers enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 30-16 league loss to Canton (Canton, SD).

The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Tri-Valley (Colton, SD). The Mustangs enter the Dakota 12 bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Tri-Valley walloped Parker (Parker, SD), 45-13, in a non-league bout.
