The Cypress Falls Eagles football squad scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Cypress Creek Cougars to 13 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.

The Eagles now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alief Hastings for a non-league battle on Friday, September 1. Cypress Falls will play a Bears squad coming off a 27-13 non-league loss to Jersey Village (Houston, TX). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
