Ohio High School Football - DeMatha victorious over Springfield

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting DeMatha Stags football squad scored a good 35-7 victory over the Springfield Wildcats.

In their next game, the Stags clash with the St. Michael the Archangel Warriors (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 1. DeMatha will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 34-6 non-league win over Pallotti (Laurel, MD).

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Trotwood-Madison (Trotwood, OH). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Trotwood-Madison thwarted Fairmont (Kettering, OH), 38-8, in a non-league match.
