The Wesclin Warriors football squad scored 32 points and restricted the visiting Marshall Lions to 6 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clayton for a non-league battle on Friday, September 1.

Coming up next, the Lions play the Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 1. Marshall will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 14-12 non-league loss to LeRoy (LeRoy, IL).
