The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wake Christian Academy Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC) and the host Garner Trojans (Garner, NC), saw Wake Christian Academy's volleyball squad nip Garner by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Wake Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bulldogs host High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

The Trojans now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Garner for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. Garner will play a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Knightdale (Knightdale, NC). The Titans record now stands at 2-1.
