Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN), 5-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Grizzly Cubs confront the East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 28. Franklin Community will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 0-0 non-league Avon (Avon, IN).

The Hawks now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whiteland for a Mid-State challenge on Tuesday, August 29. Decatur Central will confront a Warriors team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Seymour (Seymour, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
