Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Honesdale Hornets (Honesdale, PA), 8-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bucks confront the Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 28. Dunmore will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Forest City (Forest City, PA).
The Hornets now possess a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Abington Heights for a Lackawanna - Division I challenge on Wednesday, August 30.
