The Henderson Collegiate Pride soccer team (Henderson, NC), was nipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC)

With the win, East Bladen advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 30. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 3-1.

In their next game, the Pride play the Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 7. Henderson Collegiate will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
