The Somonauk Bobcats smashed the visiting Reed-Custer Comets soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Manteno for a non-league match on Saturday, September 2.
With the loss, Reed-Custer drops to 0-2 on the season. The Comets travel to Watseka (Watseka, IL) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, August 28.
